The County of Renfrew Licensed Home Child Care Agency contracts with individual child care providers who use their own homes to provide care for children. The agency screens, approves, and monitors the Home Child Care Providers and their family under the Child Care and Early Years Act, 2014 legislation.
The County of Renfrew Licensed Home Child Care Agency (LHCC) believes children are competent, capable of complex thinking, curious, and rich in potential. Each Child Care Provider, with support from the Licensed Home Visitor, must provide an environment that fosters the health, safety, nutrition, and well-being of the children in their care. Daily programming must align with the County of Renfrew Home Child Care Agency program statement.
